On the front end of the transaction, we acknowledge receipt of the documents and review them for accuracy prior to deployment so they are capable of meeting funding conditions.

Since timeliness is key for our transactions, we ensure the immediate upload of the notarized documents after signing. Partner, Tim, has 20 years of experience in the industry and owns a data company, among other businesses. James’ passion for notary and Tim’s expertise in data resulted in a perfect collaboration that established the business.
